Robin Guarnieri is an accomplished executive coach and talent consultant with over two decades of experience providing leaders and teams with the tools to grow and succeed. With a focus on executive coaching, leadership development, and tailored talent solutions, Robin has coached thousands of leaders across various industries.
Before founding RBG Solutions, LLC, Robin held roles in HR and Talent Management consulting including serving as the Global Head of Learning and Development for a prominent P&C and risk insurance firm. Alongside her consulting endeavors, Robin is a member of the HR Committee for Circle of Care, a Connecticut based nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of children facing a pediatric cancer diagnosis.
Robin holds an MBA in Management and a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She is a certified coach from the Center of Executive Coaching and possesses certifications in various assessment tools.
When she's not coaching or consulting, Robin can be found spending time with her family and friends, traveling with her husband, or at her local bar method studio.
